You know how much Pakistanis LOVE Turkish food 😂🇵🇰🇹🇷 So obviously we had to go find a little taste of Türkiye right here in Atlanta!

Checked out @turkuaz_mediterranean with my fave Atlanta foodie @cravenbiteatl —a warm, cozy family spot owned by Mr. Murat—and Y’ALL… we did NOT expect the food to be THIS GOOD!! 😮‍💨🤌🏽

What we tried:
🥩 Mixed Meat Grill
🔥 Sizzling Beef Platter — came out SIZZLING & piping HOTTT and the beef was sooo good!
🍕 Pide with Sucuk
🔥 Lahmacun- THE BEST EVER
🍮 Homemade Rice Pudding

Everything was fresh, flavorful and just SO comforting. The sizzling beef & Lahmacun was definitely the stars for us! 🔥

The collab nobody requested, but everyone needed 🤭

She craves & bites @cravenbiteatl , I sober sip on my coffee… together we’re a full-time food review team nobody hired 😂☕️🍴

Burnt our mouths on the potatoes within the first two seconds… but did we stop eating? Absolutely not 😂🔥🥔

Heard @lovejustbrunch is serving halal brunch, so we HAD to stop by! The cutest interior literally transported us somewhere else 😍✨

What we tried:

🍗 Cone’ Bread Waffle Stack
🍳 JB Veggie Omelet
🍓 Strawberry French Toast
☕ Coffee + pineapple juice

We originally wanted the Bananas Foster French Toast, but they were out—so strawberry it was, and it did NOT disappoint! 🤌🏽

ATL foodies… this one’s a MUST 🇹🇷🔥
Pulled up to Nazar Kitchen (@nazar_kitchen_upperwestside ) with the homie @cravenbiteatl and ran through a full spread of Mediterranean halal goodness.

First off — the Spicy Sausage Experience flatbread… yeah, this was one of our favorites. Packed with flavor, a little heat, and just straight up addictive. The Feta Spinach Garden flatbread balanced it out perfectly with something lighter but still super satisfying.

Salads don’t always steal the show, but the spinach beet salad and Shepherd’s salad with baked feta were fresh, vibrant, and actually worth ordering.

Now let’s talk plates — the chicken and beef doner platters both came loaded with mezze and did NOT disappoint. That pink velvet mezze was a standout, and the smoky pearl mezze (eggplant + tomato)? Crazy good, especially scooped up with that warm pita.

And the drinks 👀 straight from Turkey — think creamy, soda-like flavors you don’t usually find out here.

On top of all that, the staff was super kind and welcoming, which just made the whole experience even better.

If you’re in Atlanta and looking for halal Mediterranean that hits on every level… Nazar Kitchen is the move.

ATL Sehri Night gave us one of those Ramadan memories we’ll hold onto for a long time 🌙✨

Seeing so many Bangladeshis gathered in one place felt surreal, and it meant even more seeing our non-Bangladeshi friends and neighbors come out to support the community. That kind of love is what makes Atlanta special.

This was the final festival of Ramadan, and we’re so glad we got to experience it with family and friends.

The event featured 37 amazing vendors, plenty of seating, clean restrooms, tons of volunteers keeping things organized, and free parking which we always appreciate! The small entry ticket fee was also donated to Zakat Foundation, which made it even more meaningful.

A beautiful night filled with food, laughter, and community🫶 Already looking forward to the next one InshaAllah!
