I tried to recreate one of my mom’s dishes today. ❤️
She passed away when I was 16, and it’s been about 19 years since I last tasted her food.

I don’t know if I’ll ever get it to taste exactly like hers… but Maybe I’m not just recreating a recipe—I’m trying to recreate a memory.

I miss you, Mom. ❤️#contentcreator #cookingreels #tasteofhome #madewithlove #comidamexicana

Funny how life changes. 🤍 There was a time I didn’t know how to make half the meals I cook today. Becoming a dad changed that. Now one of my favorite things is getting in the kitchen, learning new recipes, and making dinner for my family.

Tonight’s menu: chuletas con arroz. 🍚🥩 It’s not always perfect, but it’s made with love, and seeing my family enjoy it makes it all worth it. ❤️
