11 weeks, 11kgs gained ๐Ÿ“ˆ 63.1kg โžก๏ธ 74.1kg Glorious post show rebound from the man @creamofriley , Riley was in a really good position mentally, physically and with his health post show to really take advantage of the post show phase which has equated to a pretty clean additional 11kgs added. Taking that prep mentality into the offseason this year is really making the difference to his physique, which the main goal is just overall growth to accentuate his nutty shape. Depending on the situation with a client, I find post show a really anabolic time to grow if theyโ€™re health and mindset is in a position to do so based off how theyโ€™re prep went. Rileyโ€™s showing us just how anabolic it really is ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ Excited for the future brother, lfg
