SUB 70 | DAY 45/100 100 days to break 70 minutes in the @hyroxanz Melbourne Pro Solo. Most people come train with me once and never come back. The best barbers in the west returned for round two, and this time I wanted to see if they could actually apply what they learned from the first session. The biggest difference wasn’t their fitness. It was how much better they handled the session once they understood the pacing. 55 days to go.

SUB 70 | DAY 31/100 | PART 2 100 days to break 70 minutes in the @hyroxanz Melbourne Pro Solo. The boys @createdbyxavs barbelzzz asked if they could come train with me. Two days later I put them through a full HYROX 😂 Plenty of shit talk, a few pacing lessons, and some very dark moments towards the end. The boys absolutely killed it. 69 days to go.
