Beautiful Birthday blooms for @kristinlparrish 🌹

This weekend we got to work on a very first birthday for Princess Sada, daughter of our past wedding clients @djhira_ and @tdhaliwal25 that we are so lucky to have as friends.

@liane_p and I grew up on Nostalgic Disney Movies (most of them we watched in French) so putting this together was like satisfying our inner little girls. Tanu wanted a sort of girly magical Kingdom, and knowing she is definitely a fashionista we wanted to personalize it more and make it The Royal House of Sada… Building a boutique inside the party where the kids could hang out, do a craft, make their own goody bag, eats some sweets and much more.

Starting with this sweets area… watching the kids with their eyes wide open trying to figure out which one to have was definitely one of the many highlights of the night.

A waterfront ceremony at The White Poplar, one of Manitoba’s most beautiful wedding venues.

Lindsay and Michael said their vows at the edge of the pond, and we let the setting lead. The fountain was switched off so the water stayed still behind them. We brought in speciality chairs to really enhance the European feel, and didn’t spare any details when it came to the flowers.

Eight floral arrangements lined each side of the aisle, with white petals down the centre and a chuppah framed in full florals. Two front-row seats held memorial bouquets for Lindsay’s father and Michael’s brother, and each bridesmaid laid single stems on them as she walked in. It was the perfect way for us to honour their loved ones.

Send this to someone dreaming of an outdoor ceremony.

A dreamy evening ✨ under the canopy at @stnorbertfarmersmarket brought together over 350 of Winnipeg’s who’s who for a meaningful and impactful night of generosity and community that raised over $238,000! 👏🏼 The net proceeds will be invested in patient care initiatives at Victoria Hospital, including upgrades to our minimally invasive surgical suites. 💙

Local chefs curated culinary creations paired with hand-selected wine pairings. The evening included a live auction @charity_auction_group , @westjet and @awcanada cash raffles along with exceptional entertainment @itspaulong @allan_palms Steven Sothers DJ, leaving guests with big smiles and much to reminisce about long after they went home!

Thank you to our dedicated partners, sponsors, food partners, vendors, volunteers and staff. This evening could not be possible without you. Until next year! 🥂
