✨ MEET FEATURED GUEST: HANNAH HARMONY! ✨

What if taking care of yourself wasn't another thing on your to-do list… but an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and simply BE? 💖

We're excited to welcome Hannah Harmony (Heil-Brandon) to From Here to There: Harnessing the Gifts of Life's Transitions!

Hannah is a holistic wellness entrepreneur, Reiki Master Teacher, and founder of a holistic biohacking spa, where she blends science, spirituality, beauty, movement, and energy to help women feel their absolute best.

With a background in nutrition, skincare, yoga, personal training, and energy work, Hannah is passionate about helping women create lives that honor both their ambition AND their well-being.

🌿 During our event, Hannah will guide us through a Reiki segment, offering an opportunity to slow down, receive, and reconnect with ourselves in the midst of life's transitions.

Because moving from HERE to THERE doesn't always mean doing more. Sometimes it means giving yourself permission to simply pause.

And we LOVE Hannah's mantra:

💖 FEEL good. BE good. DO good.

How good can this get?! Who's coming with us?!

🙏 From the perspective of Divine Feminine energy, the Divine Masculine is not separate from Source… it is the structure that allows Source to move through form. 🔥

She is the ocean.
He is the shore.

She is intuition, flow, creation, feeling, expansion.

He is presence, protection, direction, grounding, execution.

And when he is aligned, he does not overpower her — he anchors her.

He does not silence her depth — he gives it shape in the world.

The Divine Masculine rises in response to the Feminine’s essence… not to dominate it, but to hold it, protect it, and bring it into reality with clarity and devotion.

We are not meant to choose between them.
We are meant to remember the sacred dance.

Because when the Feminine is honored… the Masculine becomes holy. 🤍

What if the thing you’ve been craving isn’t more doing, but simply receiving? ✨ What if there was ONLY 🫶 LOVE and we were all in this together?!

My Only Love Reiki Experiences aren't just a session… it's a full-body exhale.

It’s where your nervous system softens and your mind quiets.

Your energy remembers how to flow again. 🌀

A space where separation melts and you’re gently reminded that you’re not alone in anything.

Even if you don’t fully know what Reiki is...

You don’t need to.

You don’t have to understand it, figure it out, or believe "perfectly".

Just come to me open… curious… without indoctrined doubt.

That’s MORE than enough.🙏😉

People leave feeling.....
Lighter.
Clearer.
More themselves.
Like something shifted.

Finally without.... force, rules, motives.

Because when you’re held in Love… together… something opens 💫

And the wild part?

You don’t have to try.

You just show up and receive.🤟

If you’ve been feeling the nudge…

the curiosity…

the “I think I need this” feeling 😏

—this is your sign 👀 !!!!!!

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the energy intimate and potent.

Come remember what it feels like to be supported, connected, and held in Love 🤍

"I am so grateful for today. Thank you so much for pouring into me and holding space."

Client testimonials are everything💎xo

🌹 I teach 4 yoga classes this week and I can't wait to give all my students a self love valentine!

Special spa offer PLUS raffles for a FREE 60min Reiki Energy Healing session AND a Self Love goodie bag!!!

💖 Monday 6p
💖 Tuesday 6p
💖 Friday 6p
💖 Saturday 10a

The only thing I love more than love, is self love.🥰

Self-love is choosing yourself again and again... not from ego,
but from deep reverence for the magick that moves through you.

It’s listening when your body whispers… and honoring it when it roars.

You are not here to be someone else's cup of tea.
You are here to be true.

And that truth?
You are the medicine. 💖✨

And when you love and honor who you are... the world will love you for who you are.

And you will love the world for who they are. You will love the world honestly, unconditionally, and feverishly.

Love yourself like it’s sacred.
Because it is. 🌹

I'm so grateful to be dealin' this self love energy to the people who love me for me.🙏⚕️🙏

🫶 Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it 🙏 I wake up every day in awe that this gets to be my work.

That I get to hold space, witness breakthroughs, and walk beside souls who are brave enough to choose themselves.

To my clients—thank you for trusting me with your hearts, your healing, your becoming. Thank you for showing up messy, magickal, raw, and real. You remind me daily why I answered the call in the first place.

This isn’t a job… it’s a devotion.
A soul agreement.
A sacred exchange of energy, love, and expansion.

I am endlessly honored, deeply humbled, and wildly in love with what I do.

May we continue to rise, remember, and create magick together. 🌙✨

So much gratitude. So much love.
And we’re only just beginning 💫

✨ When you love what you do, your work stops being work — it becomes a living, breathing extension of your soul. 💫
When you pour intention, devotion, and aligned energy into your craft, the Universe meets you halfway, opening doors you didn’t even know existed. 🌌

Every moment spent creating, serving, healing, or building becomes a ritual… a soft ceremony of self-honoring. 🔥
And the more you say yes to what lights you up, the more your path glows beneath your feet.

Keep choosing the work that feels like truth.
Keep choosing the work that feels like you.
Your purpose is whispering — and you’re brave enough to follow. ✨
