this week in renae we sleep less

Tuesday - Joe Webster & Bob Cojones

Start your week with a free flowing, genre blurring audio odyssey from underground legend Joe Webster and the wonderfully named Bob Cojones. The former is behind the international Creating Patterns show on Reform Radio and Palestine’s Radio Alhara, while the latter spins broad and bassy music at bars, clubs and festivals across the country. Your ears are in good hands.

Wednesday - Grant Dell & Touré

Ahead of his Gottwood appearance alongside Jane Fitz for Butter Side Up, tech house pioneer Grant Dell pilots a rare journey through the sound that helped shape underground dance music. Joining him is rising selector Touré, bringing her signature blend of moody minimal and electro for a night of deep grooves, hypnotic rhythms and dancefloor energy.

Thursday - Wallace & Mouridis

We welcome Tartan-maestro Wallace to showcase the vibrant, genre-spanning underground club sound that’s earned support from Palms Trax, Avalon Emerson and Ivan Smagghe. Joining him is renae co-founder Mouridis, serving up deep house, dreamy electro and ASFON exclusives for a free-entry night of serious dancefloor energy.

Friday - Subtil Takeover: Elijah & Lescu

Kicking off the weekend proper is Manchester electronic outpost Subtil, whose residents Elijah & Lescu promise a warped and wiggy trip through all things deep, groovy, techy and proggy. High quality, high octane dance music all night long.

Saturday - Zèyla

A regular presence behind our decks, Zèyla has a habit of raising the roof and reducing the bar staff into a single party entity, many-limbed and deep in the dance. A full Saturday night of her trademark blend of dancehall, amapiano, house (both Afro and Funky), Latin and funk falls firmly into the unmissable category.

Sunday - Stu Richards

Our favourite itinerant beat-bard returns for a Sunday session of heavy weight groovers pulled from Seventies soul, jazz-funk, Midwest house, soundsystem culture and beyond. Swing through and hear your new favourite
