✨🌿 Today, my family and I had a beautiful experience at the Music & Mindful Movement community event hosted by @chy_teaa , @mommamoringa , and @creationofsociety ! ❤️🎶

We connected through music, breathing, and body movement while focusing on our minds, hearts, energy, and positivity. It was a great reminder of the importance of slowing down, being present, and creating meaningful moments with our families. 🫶🏽🙏🏽

Much love to everyone who made this experience possible! We truly enjoyed ourselves, and we’ll definitely be back! 💚✨

Get ready for good energy, honest lyrics and top tier rhythm. This next artist writes tracks that build men up instead of tearing them down. His mic is a tool for healing & his flow is straight fire. He brings truth, strength and storytelling. Welcome "CHIEF BIGFACE" back to The Living Room.

It was an honor to collaborate with you, @chy_teaa, and thank you for being so down, grounding, and intentional. We learned so much and are looking forward to collaborating more with you in the future 🙂‍↔️🫰🏽

We bring people together to hear truths they can't anywhere else, before he even steps to the mic, I want you to know that today's poet isn't just going to speak to you, they're going to speak for us. He holds up a mirror to black joy, black history and everything in between. If you are a creation of society, stand up and come ride with him. Welcome "C.B." to The Living Room.

Come through @bizstoop #CAYR #wellnesssupplies for the win! 🙏🏿 xo many #BlackBrands got to be shared with the SW Fresno community to enhance tactile social emotional self-care
.
We also had Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) info cards, Healing Journals, Red Cards, and Test strips available for those interested in those tools. Our Youth Mental Wellness Survey 2025 indicates most of the respondents had low to no awareness of the expanded Medi-Cal specializations or new access points to get mental health services.
