Friendly Friday!🕺🌸 As every Friday, a new account and artist behind needs to be discovered. Hello Art @_curses_in_cursive_
.
My name is Aarti Tewari. I'm a freelance Calligrapher and Lettering artist based in Delhi, India.
I'm an enthusiast when it comes to art simply because of its authenticity, diversity and beauty. Art has always been a safe space for me. It has given me the courage to be true to myself.

I started my creative journey during the pandemic. I remember seeing some lettering posts on Pinterest and I was intrigued by how each letter was written extremely beautifully and the composition of words was spot on. Inspired by that I took on a challenge to write one bible verse every day for about a month. By the end of it, I discovered that the world of calligraphy and lettering is much bigger than I could fathom. There is so much to learn, explore and experiment with. It's been two years of constant practice, exploring new scripts, and creating art every day.

"There is still a long way to go as an artist as well as a creative small business owner. This journey requires utmost dedication and that's what I'm striving for. Much evidently, "I'm seeking, I'm striving, I'm in it with all my heart."
