Hey friends! We at the Brinsley Tyrrell Wood Fired Institute just unloaded our kiln this morning, and it was pretty beautiful!

Such a fantastic crew, so much hard work, team work, and real joy. We’re looking forward to more firings this summer, fall, and winter with this team.

This past weekend we did our spring burn at The Brinsley Tyrrell Wood Fired Institute. It was such a great crew with so much mutual respect, intention, and joy. The weather was good and we basically fired on vibes most of the run. The pottery and sculptures came out good, and we are going to keep making changes to our firing schedule to get it dialed in. Our plan is to keep firing every month throughout this year. So watch for new works to drop by all of us.

April Showers: Printing Peonies with Meryl Engler 🌸

Join us this Saturday, April 18 from 1–2:30 PM for a hands-on workshop exploring her process through carving, color, and printmaking.

Participants will work with water-based inks and leave with a small collection of their own handmade prints.
