💕Reminiscing on our past Valentini’s Valentine’s Day event with this crew @perchance_app @creative_glue @baltvodka @jojocustomapparel

🌎The event was huge success in making love connections while we raised money for @kidsagainsthunger to keep the tradition of feeding 10K children.

The spirit of collaboration 🎈is about working together because it isn’t about us, it’s about making a greater impact and knowing that we are stronger together. Great partnerships aren’t something that just happens overnight - they take time to build, nurture and in the process there may be differences that you have to work out - that’s a part of life. 🔥

These last couple of weeks I have been chatting with singles about the romantic partnerships they want in their life and came across a common theme: deep down inside so many believe they won’t find their person. Ladies and gentleman, there are over 50 million single in North America alone so there is definitely someone out there for you. Dating isn’t a numbers game, it’s a mindset game!

Are you ready for a mindset shift and ready to attract love into your life? DM me Mindset and let’s talk.💋

🔹 #STRETCH 🔹It doesn't have to take an hour and you can do it anywhere!!
🔹 #ESTIRAR 🔹 ¡No tiene que durar una hora y usted puede hacerlo en cualquier lugar!
#ARbodyworks #Sports #therapy #rangeofmotion 👉🏼▪️Don’t Forget To Stretch! ✔☝stretching and #mobility exercises are vital, but the 🙈sad reality is that many of us are just not flexible enough. We need to take the time to #stretch. This can lead to increased risk of 🤕injury, and as life goes on it only gets worse, and yet, can keep you from doing some of your favorite activities. 👐Be sure to stretch daily, if not daily, get into the habit on a regular basis! #ARBodyworks #listentoyourbody #hydrate #therapy #fascia #bodyworker #ejercicio #sports #healthyliving #listentoyourbody #hydrate #therapy #fascia #bodyworker #exercise #sports #healthyliving
