Sometimes the process of creating the choreography is not always easy. You just have to let your body connect wit the music

🗣️ LISTEN TO ME: When the DMV shows up, they don't just participate—they take over the room! 👑🔥
We might be a little off schedule this week, but looking back at these energy-filled moments from our DMV tour stop is all the motivation we need. The room was packed, the vibes were immaculate, and everyone left it all on the floor.

Swipe through to see the family shine! 📸✨

About 2 weeks until the big show, I'm excited for this experience, not only as a Facilitator but also as a Community Member in need of healing and connection. That's what Dance, Heal and Chill is all about, taking the time to pour into ourselves as we pour into others.

I can't thank everyone enough for believing in my vision, having an interest in what I do and how I'm aiming to show up.

I'm Philly born and raised and I have a special love for my city, I'm proud to have been born here, I couldn't imagine being from anywhere else in the world. I want to be a person of light and focus more on all the beautiful energies of Philadelphia and the amazing talent.

If these things are important to you as well or if you feel resonates in anything I mentioned, pull up May 3rd and let's create the vibe together. Link In My Bio for access 🔗

I've been blessed to work with some of the most amazing Creatives repping Philly, in the last few weeks we have worked together to make sure that "Dance, Heal, and Chill" gives the experience that our city needs.

If you organize events then you know how much time, focus, and dedication it takes. I have nothing but gratitude for everyone featured in this video and beyond, y'all truly helped this vision come true.

May 3rd we see all that hard work pay off when we get to pour into our community members, show love to ourselves and each other. What you can expect at Dance, Heal and Chill is activities like Yoga (Bring Your Mats), Sound Bowl Session, Reiki, Poetry, Lyrical Artist, Guided Meditation, self care stations, wellness vendors, and of course Dance Sessions with an intentional playlist including mixes created by one of the best mix makers in Philly 🔥.

If this is the type of Vibe you've been looking for, then definitely check out the link in my bio today to get your ticket. In Philly We Not Only Have The Talent but also the Heart to Show Up for One Another. Keep Standing Up 🔔🦅
