After 3 weeks in Europe it’s good to be home but I already miss Croatia and the forever book besties gained.

Our Croatia book retreat was SO special from trauma dumping to crying over Jacob Elordis cvnty gold tooth, to eating gelato 3 times a day to walking 30k steps… (to a lighthouse 😉) I think we bonded.

These book retreats have become some of the best, most rewarding experiences I’ve had in my time on booktok and I am SO grateful and excited to continue traveling the world with you all!

If you’re screaming in FOMO there is ONE SPOT left on my October Ireland retreat. Anyone can come just head to my 🔗 and grab a spot.

Another retreat with @thtgrlreads has come to a close. But going home with lots of great memories: The sun, the sunburns, the wind, the laughs, the crafts, the trivia, the book exchange stealing, the wide open doors, the chats, the snacks, the book club, did I mention the laughs?? What is one absolutely unbelievable thing your reading journey has brought you?

Reading Romantasy is such a strange and magical thing in 2026 because what do you mean I can meet up with literal strangers at a beach house in Florida and leave with friends for life?

I’m so grateful I decided to make that first post thinking nothing would ever come from it because somehow I now have the privilege of hosting curated book retreats for other antisocial readers who just want to find people who get them.

Welcome to our Florida retreat where we all got sunburned, read one of my new fav dark academia books, drooled over captain jack sparrow, bonded and obv went on multiple book hauls.

Lots of ppl ask me how to get an “invite” to these book retreats and guys!!! Anyone can come. I’ve been excluded from things my whole life, made fun of for reading and generally felt like I didn’t belong. So if you’re looking for friends, community or just a place to feel like you fan just be you, come see us!!!

I have all current events listed on my site in my 🔗 as well as so much other info like zodiac academy reading orders and guides. I love connecting with you all but it’s hard to keep everyone updated do def check out the site and keep an eye on stories for the connective type info.

Our last international trip of 2026 will be Ireland | oct 14-21 and we just have a few spots left! All deets are in my 🔗 as well!

Additionally if you’re interested in being the first to know about travel and bookish events I’ve got an exclusive group chat that gets first access to all of that. Also in my b!0!!

So the book bestie international trip finally made it out of the chat… this was SUCH an adventure.

From London shopping (mostly Labubus), to Oxford chic, to Edinburgh and the highlands (we saw one cow) all the way to silly late night hotel room belly laughs, trekking through pouring rain with 100lbs of luggage and realizing I’ve made actual life long friends… I’d say this was worth it.

A lot of you asked what this was and how to get “invited” so let me give you the tea: ANYONE can join me on a book vacay! I’ll be doing these yearly as many times as you all want me to! I’ve got first access email info in my 🔗 and I mostly post updates on stories so KEEP YA EYES PEELED.

This was the first ever international trip I’ve done and while it was terrifying, I can’t wait to do it again. Book besties we’re going to Slovenia and Croatia in April 2026 (currently waitlisted) AND…. 🥁 🥁🥁🥁

I really like magic wizard, Poseidon, lapis brown, cleopatra green and fall story.
I added indigo, bronzite genuine, & hematite genuine from DS this for shadow and the glitter from bronzite.
This was painted over 3 days of layering.
