Happy heavenly 1st birthday to our sweet Kyla Iris Rudd! 🍒❤️ One whole year of loving you, missing you, and wishing we could hold you in our arms, cover you in snuggles, and celebrate this special day with you here. If only we could see your beautiful face and hear your sweet little sounds. Today, we celebrate YOU, our baby girl, the little life that changed ours forever. You will always be our greatest blessing, our cherry girl, and the sweetest part of our story. We love you endlessly, baby girl!

A year. One whole year of grief, longing for snuggles with Kyla, and missing all the little moments we dreamed of sharing with you. A year of learning how to live in a world without you physically here while finding ways to carry you with us every single day.

But this year has also been one of growth. Cam and I have grown stronger together, deeper in our faith, and more in love with each other. Kyla, you brought us together in so many different ways, even in your absence. Your little life has touched our hearts in ways we could never fully explain, and your impact reaches so many more people than we could have ever imagined.

What a blessing and an honor it is to be your parents. You made us Mom and Dad, and that is a title we will carry with so much love and pride for the rest of our lives. We wish more than anything that we could celebrate you here in our arms, but today we celebrate your life, your light, and the beautiful impact you continue to have on this world.

One whole year of loving you, missing you, and carrying you with us in everything we do. A bittersweet but beautiful day, and we are so excited to honor YOU, our baby girl. You will forever be our cherry girl and one of God’s sweetest blessings.

Happy first birthday in Heaven Kyla. We love you beyond words, forever and always. Until we get to hold you again, keep shining down on us, baby girl. 🍒❤️
