July was amazing. I got to perform a show with my tap company at the Atlanta Cultural Exchange FIFA fan festival, which was such a cool experience! Representing tap dance and building our community here is so important to me. I was grateful to have the opportunity to teach tap dance for many wonderful studios this summer. I had a fantastic birthday filled with tap dance, and sweet students who made me feel so special. I spent time with family and friends, and former students who came to visit and tap dance. I am so appreciative to every single person in my life who encourages me, believes in me, provides a safe space for me, or shares my passion for dance and geeks out with me. Although this is the highlight reel - I'm also dancing on injured ankles and fighting off imposter syndrome daily, but I am surrounded by wonderful people who fill me up when I'm running on empty and I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks for making my summer so memorable! 🩷
