I really liked the efficiency of this boat trip, swimming and thunderstorms, dual water action on one event!

I’ve played football for the past 11 years of my life, but I’ve been around it for my entire life. After tearing my ACL early in my junior season, ending my season before it ever started, I worked even harder in the offseason for my senior year. It gave me a new appreciation for the time we’re given, and motivation to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. However, in the 5th game of my senior season, I tore my other ACL. Although this normally is a season ending injury, I continued to play on it for two more weeks for the love of the game and my teammates. We were 7-0 on the season, when during the 3rd quarter of a district matchup it gave out for the final time and my season came to an end. Even though I faced adversity for the last two years of my high school career, it could never take away the love I have for the game. In a way, it made me love it more. I thank my family, all my teammates, and all of my coaches that I’ve had throughout my career.
