I’m thrilled to announce that I will serve as a keynote speaker for the International Symposium for Visual Culture 2026.

On September 19, I’ll present my keynote, “Claiming the Frame: Art, Identity, and the Politics of Representation.”

My short film, “The Bathroom” will also screen at the symposium and in Korea at the @cicamuseum

I’m deeply grateful for this opportunity to share my work internationally and join artists and scholars in conversation about identity, storytelling, and the power of representation.

Link in bio to get your tickets to the symposium.

Went to @mdrennfest. Took photos of the sights with my new daily camera, a @nikonusa S7000. Ran into @jaspersmomjo 💜 Got blue Fenrir-ish bracers. Ate enough crab dip at O’Shucks Oyster Bar that I felt like Templeton from Charlotte’s Web. 10/10 day, even with the humidity trying to end us.

First ren faire in the books! I didn’t get to see @fortressdwellers because it was actually so hot that we had to leave a bit early (80° humidity is an actual crime), but best believe that is still on my bucket list. Next time!!
