My client Ashley used to feel anxious and burnout… and now she feels like a NEW person.⁣
⁣
She was making great money. Looked like she had it all together.⁣
⁣
But inside? Exhausted. Panic spirals. ⁣
⁣
Surviving, not thriving.⁣
⁣
Her body was stuck in survival mode — and no amount of external success was going to fix that.⁣
⁣
We didn’t add more to her plate.⁣
⁣
We used music and movement to regulate her nervous system.⁣
⁣
Now?⁣
⁣
→ She sleeps through the night⁣
→ She walks into rooms she used to dread ⁣
→ She’s comfortable in her own body ⁣
→ She’s building her empire as an incredible artist⁣
⁣
That’s not willpower. ⁣
⁣
That’s a regulated nervous system.⁣
⁣
High-functioning anxious achievers — you don’t need another strategy.⁣
⁣
You need your body to feel safe again.⁣
⁣
I’ve got 2 spots left this month for 1:1 anxiety relief sessions.⁣
⁣
DM me “PEACE” and let’s talk. 💛 #anxiousachiever #highachiver #healing #nervoussystemregulation #healing

This is evidence the point was missed entirely. Assumptions are okay! It’s what you do with those assumptions that matters. #drdaf

I must’ve hosted a couple thousand open mic nights in my career. I learned early on that the host makes the night, by creating a community. So I’m thoroughly delighted when I find an open mic with a host that knows. This one’s been going on for about two months and is a wonderful and diverse community of supportive musicians… that Los Angeles surely needs.

Last night I played “No Surprises” and an acoustic version of my tune “Surreal Life,” go look it up, please.

Open Air Open Mic at Sky’s Tacos.
