Recap from The Fertility Care Collaborative today! 🤍

Our co-founder, Liz Gray, presented on the intersection of neurodivergence and infertility, connecting with providers who share a commitment to more compassionate, individualized care.

We’re grateful for the familiar faces, new connections, and conversations that help move this work forward. We brought home so much to reflect on and share. More to come soon!

Today was so deeply needed.

Being a therapist and practice owner can be incredibly isolating — and today was a powerful reminder of why community matters.

Kendra Vargas of @ayoupsychotherapy put together the most empowering, moving, and engaging Fertility Collaborative, and I was truly blown away. She is the queen of groups, workshops, and retreats — and we can now confidently add collaboratives and conferences to that list (though honestly, there was never a doubt).

I am so honored to have been chosen to speak at this event. To be in community with so many outstanding professionals in this field — and to be recognized as one of them — was both professionally and personally overwhelming in the best possible way.

To everyone in that room today: thank you for the work you do, the spaces you hold, and the reminder that we are stronger together. 💛

Here's to more community, more collaboration, and more spaces like this one.

Four years ago I started this practice with a lot of heart and a lot of unknowns. I’m so grateful to the clients, colleagues, and community who have helped it grow into what it is today, including this training.

🎉To celebrate, I’m opening up a 4-Year Anniversary Rate: $299 for The Fertility Care Collaborative (regularly $369), for five days only, ending October 12.

At checkout, use code: ANNIVERSARY4

If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to join us, this is it.

One day. A dynamic keynote, three incredible speakers, a live panel of industry experts, 3 CEUs, and a room built for real connection, not another conference where you just sit and absorb.

I’ve got some friends you should meet. 😉

What an honor to participate and share my story at the PSI Climb this past Sunday alongside some of the most compassionate providers and friends in the perinatal community. My heart was full and even fuller having my family there with me. 🫶🩵

What a weekend! 💜

I had the best time as a vendor at The Climb this past Sunday, walking and raising money for Postpartum Support International. It was so special to spend the morning with families, new parents, and so many providers who care deeply about postpartum support.

The postpartum period asks so much of a person’s body, and support often drops off right when it’s needed most. Seeing this many people show up for new parents was a good reminder that no one should have to navigate it alone.

A huge thank you to @speakeasy_therapy for putting this together, and to the incredible providers I got to connect with. Our community is lucky to have you.

And to everyone who stopped by my table to chat about nourishing yourself postpartum, thank you! If you’re in the thick of it and want support with energy, recovery, feeding, or feeling like yourself again, I’d love to help. Link in bio.

What a perfect morning at Nurture & Align 🤍🌿

Our hearts are so full after spending the morning surrounded by so many amazing moms, sweet little ones, and incredible local providers.

This is exactly what Nurture & Align is all about — bringing moms together, creating connections, finding your village, and reminding each other that motherhood was never meant to be done alone.

We are so grateful to every provider who shared their time and knowledge, every sponsor who helped make the morning extra special, and every mama who showed up with her little one (or little one on the way 🤍).

It is truly an honor to be a small part of your motherhood journey.

Thank you for making this morning so special. Until the next Nurture & Align! 🌿✨
