Tonight, we turned the Russo family’s movie wedding into pure magic—stunning visuals, next-level talent, and a packed dance floor from start to finish. Honored to have hosted every milestone for this incredible family. Russo celebrations are always legendary, but this one was the ultimate send-off. Here’s to the end of an era and a lifetime of memories. #RussoFamily #LJDJS #valleyregencynj #valleyregencyweddings #WeddingGoals

If you’re constantly doing high intensity workouts or jumping into random sessions with no structure gasping for air, sweating a ton, but not getting stronger it’s time to change your approach.

HIIT and variety can be useful tools, but they shouldn’t be your foundation if your goal is to actually build strength, move better, and feel better long term. Strength training is what creates a stable, capable body. Everything else is just noise.
You don’t need to feel crushed after every workout. You need consistency, proper form, and a program that actually builds over time.

Train with purpose. Stop chasing exhaustion and randomness. Start building real, lasting strength.

To the dads who do it all, in and out of the gym. 💪
You lead with strength, show up with purpose, and set the bar high.
Happy Father’s Day to all the strong fathers of Strength Club. We see YOU, we respect you, and we’re proud to train beside you.
