You’ve mentally booked the wedding. Your bank account hasn’t.

She loves your work. She’s told you about the dress. You’ve talked through the morning and you’re already imagining her hairstyle.

Then nothing.

You check whether the booking fee has arrived. Open the conversation again. Start wondering whether she’s found someone cheaper.

Before you turn that silence into a verdict on your prices, read the last message you sent.

Does it explain exactly how she secures the date?
Or does it end with:
“Lovely, just let me know!”

A bride booking her wedding hair for the first time may not know what you’re waiting for. She might think saying she wants you was the booking step.

Don’t leave the practical part of her yes to guesswork.

Explain your actual process: the information she needs to complete, the terms to review and the booking fee required.

This is one of the gaps Get More Bridal Bookings helps you work through, with practical enquiry scripts and a clearer route from first message to booking.

Comment SYSTEM and I’ll send you the details of the £27 system. Make your next “yes” easier to act on.

Your quote can do a lot more than tell someone how much you charge.
Meet Monochrome Romance, one of our six new proposal templates in Crevida.
We’ve designed each section with a purpose.
Your branding and their names on the cover. A chance to introduce yourself properly. Space to show off your work. A clear explanation of what happens next. And of course, the actual services and pricing.
Because when someone enquires with you, they’re not just comparing prices. They’re deciding who they want to work with.
And the best bit? You can change the colours, fonts, images and wording to make it feel like your business.
Your client can then accept their quote, sign their contract and pay their deposit without going backwards and forwards over email.
Available now on Crevida Plus & Pro.

Your prices felt perfectly reasonable—until you looked at the empty Saturdays.

Now you’re rereading the next quote through a completely different lens.

“Maybe I should take a bit off.”
“Maybe I’m charging too much.”
“Something coming in is better than nothing.”

I understand why that feels tempting. You want the relief of seeing a booking fee land. You want proof that someone still wants what you offer.

But the trial, travel, preparation and wedding morning haven’t become cheaper to deliver because today feels worrying.
Before changing the number, work out what the booking needs to leave you.

You need a pricing process you can use on the anxious days too.
That’s why Get More Bridal Bookings brings together a bridal pricing calculator, enquiry scripts and a 28-day implementation plan.

It gives you something practical to work through when “just be confident” is absolutely no help.

It’s £27. You’ll still make the decisions—but you won’t have to start every one from a blank screen and a worried feeling.

Comment NERVES and I’ll send you the details. Give the next quote a calculation before you give it a discount.

You can recreate the hairstyle beautifully and still miss what she loved about it.

You’ve spent the trial concentrating on the shape, checking the balance and getting every pin where you want it.

Then she looks in the mirror.
There’s a pause.

“Could it be a bit softer around my face?”

Your stomach drops because you thought you’d understood the reference. Now you’re mentally working out what needs taking apart.

Sometimes you were both looking at the same photograph—and choosing completely different details.

You noticed the bun. She noticed the way the front framed the face.

Before starting, ask:
“Which part of this hairstyle do you most want to keep?”

Then discuss how that translates to her own hair, rather than silently promising the entire photograph.

At Luan Bridal Academy, I want you to understand the decisions around the technique too. The consultation, the starting point and the adjustments that make the style work for the person wearing it.

You deserve to begin the trial with a clearer plan than “I hope this is what she means.”

DM STYLING and tell me which part of bridal styling makes you second-guess yourself. I’ll help you explore the relevant training.

The booking you’re desperate to win can become the Saturday you wish you’d priced differently.

She asks, “How much for bridal hair?” and you want to get back to her quickly.

You send a number.

Then comes the early start. The extra bridesmaids. The venue that’s further away than you thought. The ready-by time that means you might need another stylist.

Now you’re deciding whether to explain the extra cost—or absorb it because changing the quote feels awkward.

That uncomfortable conversation often starts before you’ve picked up a brush.

Before giving a bridal quote, collect the date, venue, ready-by time, services and number of people. Then calculate what delivering that booking actually involves.

You can reply promptly without committing to a price for a job you don’t fully understand.

That’s part of what I teach inside Get More Bridal Bookings: pricing, positioning and enquiry conversations that give both you and the bride a clear process.

Because “I’m so pleased she booked” should still feel true when you’re setting your alarm.

Comment QUOTE and I’ll send you the details of my £27 system.

Guys…we NEED you if we’re going to change the current norm! Follow @wedquarters and share in any of your supplier groups or with your wedding supplier friends 💚

WEDDING SUPPLIERS, FOLLOW @wedquarters AND COME AND BE PART OF THIS. WedQuarters is completely free for all wedding suppliers and couples…And it always will be.

Because we don’t think the wedding industry needs another directory you have to pay to be seen on.

WedQuarters is a place where couples can find and filter suppliers that actually suit what they’re looking for, learn from the people who work in this industry every day, and, if they want to, use AI to help match them with the right suppliers too. ALL FOR FREE

Couples come into the wedding industry, plan one of the biggest days of their lives, then leave again within a year or two.

There is so much they don’t know yet.

So think of everything you wish your couples already understood before they enquired. That’s the kind of knowledge we want WedQuarters to give them.

The AI side will always be optional too, because while AI can make finding the right people easier, this industry is still built on human connection.

But for this to become what we know it can be, we need the wedding industry behind it.

If you’re fed up with paying directories with no guarantee of a single booking, come and support something different.

Follow @WEDQUARTERS and help us build the wedding network the industry actually needs.

WE NEED YOU!
