Still buzzing from an UNREAL week in LA! 🔥

Kicked it all off with a visit with my LA bestie before the conference. Dinner, laughs, diamonds, and the perfect start before the forum madness.

Then four powerhouse days at the CCIM Fall Forum. Nonstop networking, big deal energy, sharp insights, and reconnecting with the best in commercial real estate.

Huge congratulations to all the new CCIM designees pinned! You have earned that pin.

And what a way to close it out, congratulations to Andie Edmonds, CCIM inaugurated as the 5th woman CCIM Global President!

Grateful for every conversation. If we met this week, let's connect and keep the deals rolling.

Swipe through my favorite moments from the week 👇

✨Real estate is local; relationships aren’t. A few days in Chicago, a lot of great conversations, and plenty of inspiration to bring home 🤍🩶🖤

While attending CB’s Global Luxury On Location, I had the opportunity to connect with Realtors from across the country, exchange ideas, and hear different perspectives on the real estate market. One of my favorite things about these events is getting outside my own market and seeing how other agents approach their businesses. Real estate is local in so many ways, but the relationships we build extend well beyond the communities we serve.

A few highlights included meeting @robreffkin , CEO of Compass, and spending time with Dawn McKenna and her team. A special thank you to @thedawnmckennagroup for hosting such a lovely breakfast!

I genuinely enjoy being around people who are passionate about what they do, willing to share what they’ve learned, and always looking for ways to grow. I came home with some new ideas, connections, and friendships I hope to continue building.

Thank you Chicago, you were a great host! ❤️

@kathi_constanzo didn’t just raise the bar — she set it. Holding both her SIOR and CCIM designations, Kathi is among an extraordinarily small group of commercial real estate professionals to earn both — and one of even fewer women to do so. As the first woman in the Coldwell Banker Commercial® network to earn her SIOR, Kathi joins @crewithjhille for a conversation on what it takes to pursue the highest standards in CRE, the mentors who shaped her along the way, and the mindset that drives her every day. Plus, a special Market Tales bonus conversation with Ashley Wilson, recorded live at CBC Global Conference 2026 right after Kathi’s CBC Pathfinder Award win.

In this episode, host @crewithjhille, Strategy & Operations Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial, sits down with Audrey Navarro, Managing Partner of Clemons Real Estate in Kansas City. A retail and investment specialist, Audrey has spent two decades building a full-service commercial firm alongside her family, with work spanning Crown Center repositioning, multifamily redevelopment, and a nonprofit specialty practice. She shares how she built WIRED — a 150-member women’s investment group where members pool capital and acquire commercial real estate together. From a $2,000 investment minimum on their first deal just West of Kansas City's Country Club Plaza, she breaks down how women are moving from the sidelines to ownership.
