I am so incredibly tired and a little bit ill but I have also had a phenomenal week of live podcasts at @cheerfulearfulpodfest

I've started this dump with a picture of my own face rather than any of the more recognisable ones as this is my post and I can do what I like dammit.

@hornesection headlined the Grand and we're an utter delight, the whole Cheerful Earful team were singing their praises all week and will continue to do so forever

they're absolutely hilarious and just great blokes

it's no news to anyone that I love this podcast, I am very vocal about it and will tell anyone and everyone that likes video games, that this is the podcast for you

I ran away to Brighton midweek specifically for this sausage roll and to watch Wallis and Gromit (and to see friends)

@stuartlawscomedy hosted the most chaotic night of the whole festival

Honestly, just more delightful shows and guests

The whole week was so much fun I want to highlight everyone but Instagram has a 20 image limit

I've been recording audio and lifting speakers and setting up chairs and shaking hands and buying drinks and sending emails and lots of walking up and down stairs.

@birthdaygirlshouseparty are Cheerful Earful legends and I couldn't love them any more

I’ve worked so hard to get this out to you guys - through blood, sweat, tears and legal dramas beyond belief.

I’ve poured my heart into this project, I’m so excited to tell you that What If I?, my very first single, is coming to you in just a few weeks time!!

I knew I wanted this song as my first single because it’s real. It’s me. I’ve always felt like I don’t really ‘belong’ in so many spaces, with so many people. I’ve been too loud, too extra, too… something. Whatever it was, I didn’t quite belong. So … I made my own space, with my own people. And I love it here.

Thank you for riding this wave with me - I love you all so much. Big shout out to all involved in this, but especially @abii__w @ciangevaux @matthewroystonwells @legendsbrighton @lynseyjanelj @ellie_knightx and @apollotheatrearts

So now @thedameandtheactor
(my film) has been to a few festivals but I've never posted any images of them to my public Instagram. Today I ammend this grievous mistake.

The first image is me holding a giant invisible baby whilst trying to answer questions about my film.

The last three images are me enjoying my hotel with an underground hot tub, and the haircut I got the day after all the photos were taken at the Brighton Rocks screening.

Thank you so much to everyone that has assisted, participated in, or just watched the Dame and the Actor from afar. As my final project at university it's also the one I'm most proud of. Now please, watch it again, leave it playing on your laptop for hours, slag it off on letterboxd, whatever you wish.

The Dame and The Actor - the short film is out on YouTube now for all to see. But the story continues. Sir Michael will have to don the wig a few more times as we expand their story to a full hour long play. Coming sometime, somewhere.
