Leo Miyagee wrapped up Black History Month in the Black Box with an absolute BANG last night!

Blending hip hop, soul and jazz, Leo brings something special to every performance.

PalDrinks is proud to sponsor Leo on his journey. We believe in backing people, supporting talent and helping good people do great things.

Keep doing your thing, Leo. We’re right behind you!

📸 Big shoutout to @luke_at_these_pics for the brilliant photos!

Playing a free gig at @theblackboxbelfast as part of the @cinemagic_filmfestival for black history month. I’ll be talking about some of my heroes in between songs, taking song requests and selling merch!

Thank you to @kalimcdmusic for getting me onboard… very excited!

Somewhere Only We Know is a deeply personal body of work exploring the places around my hometown of Armagh that I’ve loved visiting over the years with my family — places that have become special to us and hold so many memories.

A huge thank you to my family, friends, and everyone who came to the launch and took the time to engage with the work. It was really special to see so many familiar faces there, and I’m incredibly grateful for all the lovely feedback and encouragement - It means a lot.

Massive thank you to the Theatre for hosting and @cricky_captures for capturing the evening so beautifully.

The exhibition will be on display at the Market Place Theatre until 7th November, so if you’re in Armagh, call in and have a look.

28th August I officially launched my mobile recording & teaching studio and the NI Hip-Hop Culture Awards, created to recognise the artists and creatives who have been killing it and pushing the scene forward. This year was the launch — next year will be the first proper full awards show.

The journey here has been intense, but God kept doings his thing b.

Big big thank you to everyone who came down and supported, everyone who was awarded, friends, family and everyone behind the scenes. Even my mum and stepdad came down which meant a lot.

Massive thank you to @artscouncilni , @thenationallottery and @edsheeranfnd for supporting what we’re building, and @wingstopireland for providing all the food on the night. From the funders, to the builders, to everyone who helped us get to this stage ❤️❤️❤️

From 6th September you’ll be able to book the mobile studio. Send us the location and we’ll come to you.

And with this platform on wheels, there’s a lot more coming. DJ sets, pop up raves and a lot lot more freestyle sessions, cyphers and so on. will all start unfolding very soon.

This is really just the beginning ❤️❤️👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾
