Aimee Cringle’s first CrossFit Open was in 2018, when she was 19. She ranked 5,446th in the world. The following year, she cracked the top 1,000, and the year after that, the top 500. By 2022, she finished 32nd in the world at the Open and 12th at the Semifinals. She was on the verge of earning her invite to the CrossFit Games, but she still wasn’t thinking about becoming a professional athlete. “I never thought I would be. It just kind of happened. It wasn’t my goal. It just developed…It happened organically,” Cringle told Morning Chalk Up. Over the years, Cringle’s priority was always to show up and put in the work because it felt like the right thing to do. We had the chance to catch up with Cringle, and we discussed her CrossFit Games win, the time since, and her new role as a founder of Cringle Crunch. I wish every day allowed me to train for 2 hours but it doesn’t always unless it’s at the crack of dawn Thursdays are the first day in the week where I don’t coach and get to spend a good amount of time ensuring I dedicate some time to my training and recovery I’m back on a CrossFit program and it’s baseline testing week to see where I’m at and hopefully we’re going to get stronger and fitter yay !! We’re busy and we love it but I do cherish the days where I can spend more time on me Ps. I forgot how humbling this style of training was 😂

🥣CRINGLE CRUNCH HAS ARRIVED!🥣 This week I ordered and received the much-anticipated @cringlecrunch , and I’ve got to say, it’s every bit as good as I expected! 😍💪 A massive WELL DONE to Aimee 👏❤️ All your hard work has paid off, and you should be incredibly proud of what you’ve created and I wish you every success ✨ I’ll be adding this crunchy goodness to my Greek yoghurt, protein and berries, making it part of my daily routine. 🥣🍓💥 for me, this is about more than just a great product. It’s about supporting our community! 🤝 Within our CrossFit circle, we should all be looking for ways to give back and support one another, running a business is hard so go and support, Whether that’s dropping in at a CrossFit affiliate, buying a T-shirt, supporting a local business or, in this case, purchasing a whole lot of crunchy goodness from Cringle Crunch! 🙌 We’re all part of a community that thrives when we support each other. Every little bit helps, and you never know how much of a difference your support can make to someone else’s journey. ❤️ So here’s to supporting small businesses, celebrating people who put in the hard work, and keeping our fitness community strong! 💪🔥 Well done, @aimee_cringle Cringle Crunch is a winner! 🥣👏 #CringleCrunch #SupportSmallBusiness #CrossFitCommunity #FitnessCommunity #SupportLocal
