Siapa bilang dokter gizi nggak pernah makan manis? 🤭🍰

Remember, healthy eating is all about balance, not restriction! ❤️

Jadi, nggak perlu merasa bersalah setiap kali menikmati dessert favoritmu.

Tapi aku juga cukup selektif kalau urusan dessert. Selalu mikir, “Is it worth the calories?” 🤭

Indonesia gave us many things. Extraordinary cacao. Volcanic landscapes. Above all so many amazing people that listing them all feels impossible and leaving anyone out feels wrong.

What we can say - every door was opened. Every introduction led to three more. Every person gave us more than we asked for.

What we will say is that @willtgoldfarb, @pettyelliottskitchen and @ardikadwitama whose reputation require no introduction, pointed away from themselves and toward the younger Indonesians working alongside them. In the book you will not find Will. You will find Dewy. Alongside Petty you will find her young Balinese chef and Ardika puts a spotlight on his two pastry chefs.

We hope to see all of them again. We are already planning our book tour.

Volume 2 - Indonesia. Coming very soon 🇮🇩

As the Best Chocolate Shop of the Year 2025, they truly impressed me with their chocolate Bonbons — rich, smooth, and full of depth. 🍫

But it’s not just about the chocolate; their food selection is equally delicious and definitely worth trying.
