It's not an ordinary pose, it's body architecture.
💪 Full of Motivation & Technical Focus
Conquering this pose is not about how great your body is, but about trust and surrender to the props. The real challenge is there.

I invite you all to practice together

In such a complex pose, only the breath remains as an anchor to the present moment. Learn to surrender in the midst of complexity.Let me invite the best of you and thank you very much for your participation

Physical benefits (body anatomy)

Maximum Opening of the Chest and Lungs: The curved back position of the chest opens the intercostal muscles (between the ribs). It is great for increasing lung capacity and deepening the quality of breath.

Intense Stretching of the Spine (Spine Decompression): The chair provides support in the middle/upper back area (thoracic spine), allowing the spine to lengthen and curve safely, which helps reduce stiffness caused by prolonged sitting or bending.

Leg and Core Strengthening: The variation of lifting one leg and resting on the tips of the toes (tiptoe) as in the photo demands high stability, activates the thigh muscles (quadriceps), calves, and core muscles to maintain balance.

Stretches the Hip Flexors (Hip Flexors): This pose lengthens the front of the body, including the pelvic and abdominal areas which are often tense
