Finishing the week off with some brilliant work by our team on the @radialtimber shiplap cladding at our #Thackeray project for @placement_studio . Precoated on site with@wocaaustralia and complementing the beautiful @pickeringjoinery windows and @provans_timber_hardware exposed rafters. This is going to be a beautiful little addition when done.

Barbie and Ken turned 100 and it was magnificent!
Happy birthday to the backbone of all we do and are, Marie-Louise and her perfect, plastic Ken-Simon. The costumes were truly epic, the venue was perfect and the company was brilliant. We love you both to the pink moon and back! Happy 100th!
Special shout out to @sizzinails - "ma wife!" 😂

End-of-year celebrations with the team that makes work feel illegal 😎
No one does it like us — and it’s because of the sum of us.
Thriving in a chaotic market, we’re a cut above the rest. They are why.
10/10 humans. Would absolutely survive another year with them. 🥂🏡

Recently completed Pavillon House - our take on the ‘pergola’ vernacular.

Tucked away discretely to the rear of a large block, the robust pavilion houses living, dining, kitchen and a tiled outdoor entertaining area. The pavilion sits comfortably in its existing context - old out houses, expansive veggie garden, and hills hoist remain, retaining the original charm of the site.

Roof lines and overhead windows are orientated to make best use of passive design principles - allowing light to penetrate whilst protecting from the direct sun.

We are so grateful to have had a droool worthy sneak peek of Crisp Green Homes latest build in our hood. It's a truly exceptional Passive Haus of jaw dropping magnitude. Every. Single. Inch. of this house is considered, thoughtful and designed by craftsman at the absolute pinnacle of their professions. The design, the technology, the craftsmanship the joinery, the materials, the double glazing, the TILES!, the European window systems, the heat pump exchange.... We're utterly, heartbreakingly in love. 💚🏡 Thank you thank you thank you for showing us this magnificent house. And yes that is us, in a small tent, at the end of the driveway, waiting until a key hand over on Monday. 😍 The banging you hear will be us on Friday afternoon not being able to wait any longer. 😁

Behind the scenes look at the serious world of real estate. Today may or may not have gone off the rails a little bit. This is what happens when you share your office space with people who can't be trusted on a Monday morning. 😂
