I have no concept of time but Hurricane Girl has definatly been out for a couple weeks I reckon so I thought I’d do a little walk down memory lane of the most DREAM day on set ever. 🐞 (swipe to second slide for beginning) 1. The team found this amazing old pub in Peckham, and this is me getting my hair and makeup did 2.In my deck for the hair and makeup artists, I wanted the makeup to look lived in, like I’m on day 4 of a bender and Ive been sleeping in my makeup. Same with the hair, I wanted it to look almost knotty. 3. I asked amazing director, @douglasreddan , to let me have a day where I am terrorizing everybody in a pub all day. Being as annoying as physically possible. this was where the magic started ✨ 4. The day begun with me downing 4 consecutive pints and nearly throwing up but I did it because I’m a tortured artist and I suffer for my greatness 5. giggling at a table 🎱🎱🎱 6. the rest of the day involved me repeatedly pushing people over onto crash mats and stealing messing with them and breaking a beer bottles over their heads. It was very hard for me to imagine being so annoying but I am a great actor. 7. I wore my Penny Lane coat because she’s the OG hurricane girl 7. here’s me having my lil coffee trying not to gurn cos I took too may adhd meds so I could listen to my directions x

What does it really mean to be a British Latina today? In this powerful episode of Tea or Café?, Jacqueline sits down with Ana Maria (La Latina de Londres) and Angelica Rincon to share real stories of growing up Latina in the UK — balancing two cultures, two languages, and one big identity. They open up about family expectations, cultural pride, beauty standards, and learning to love the parts of themselves that didn’t always “fit in.” This is honest, raw, and completely relatable. If you’ve ever felt caught between “ni de aquí ni de allá” (not from here or there)… this one’s for you. ☕ Real voices. Real stories. British. Latina. Loud and proud.
