Chapter: Unlocking BALANCE ⚖️

🚫💊 There’s no magic pill for a Press Handstand! 😂

You can’t skip the middle grounds and expect to fly straight to the destination. Most of the RCF Family struggled with Class 26, much to my surprise 😮😂. After weeks of Strength Drills, I thought you were ready to level up. I guess I gave you guys a little too much credit! 🤣🤣

Just kidding! 😜 No worries, though. We’ll get there, provided you stay consistent and keep showing up. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is a Press Handstand!

So, let’s revisit the basics with what I call the “Baby Press Handstand” 🤸‍♂️👶, featured on the right of your screen as This Week’s New Assignment.
Small, slow calculated hops practice into a Tuck Handstand is what we are doing today, gradually swinging our pikes a bit higher in move to attain ideal stacking of the hips over our wrists WITH the strength of our SHOULDERS 👌👊
Feel it !!!
And guess what? You don’t need straight legs to start learning the mechanics of a Press!

Can’t fold deeply enough yet? Bend those knees! 😅

Here’s why: 🔹 Less mobility demand, more room to work. 🔹 Bring those hips higher over your hands. 🔹 Shift more weight into your shoulders. 🔹 Make those feet light enough to stop behaving like two stubborn bricks! 😂🧱

Bent knees can teach you the mechanics. Straight legs can come later as your mobility improves. First, learn to shift your weight, lift those hips, and convince your feet that the floor isn’t their forever home! 🤣

Many thanks in anticipation to my friend @crisyoga2021 🥰🙏 for being part of this journey.

Now, RCF Family, less complaining, less hopping, and more pressing! 😂💪

Good luck, team! 🤞🔥 Let’s unlock that BALANCE!

Jump Back Flow

How to !?
#RcfDrills
#RaizCollageFamily

Try this Jump/Swing Back Flow to test and strengthen your arms and Compression skills.

Watch Video closely.
Tips:

1. Round your back
2. Cross your legs
3. Compress to squeeze your knees closest to the chest or into the chest.
4. Push the floor with full strength to move your spine upward among your shoulders.
5. Hands must be in line or ahead of your buts
6. With a hop, lifting your spine swing the bum backwards.
7. Use the swing thrust to extend your legs backwards in a quick way..
8. Land in a plank to do the push up and conclude in a up dog.

Good Luck RCF TEAM 💝🤞

Class 26
Chapter: Flexibility / Strength
I’m still not getting what I REALLY want to see coming from the RCF Family. 😅
I want you to shift your weight completely onto your shoulders.
Shoulder Strength has been our focus for about a month now — because eventually, that’s what’s going to unlock our Press Handstand. But before we get there, one of the important middle grounds is the Press Tuck Handstand.
I’ve thrown different drills at you for this, but what I keep seeing is that little hop or jump sneaking in to get you into the handstand. And I’m also seeing you doing the drills FAST — even though I’ve specifically told you in my previous captions: GO SLOW. 😅
We are pressing it.
We HAVE to press it! 💪
And to do that, we need to properly mobilise, engage and build the strength of our shoulders. That’s the whole point I want you to understand.
Most of you in the RCF Family are actually more flexible than me and stronger than me. 😂 So trust me, you’ve got the ingredients! You just need a little more work on body coordination, stacking and correct technique — and I’m sure I’ll see all of you flying eventually. 🔥
For the next few sessions, we’ll continue working on the same goal but with a different approach, hopefully making it a little easier for you and clearing up this whole concept further.
Shoulder strength first. Balance will follow.
And with me in this drill is the amazing @Mielcarzewiczagnieszka ❤️
I’m genuinely grateful to her for the amazing work she did during the previous drills for the RCF Family. 🙌
The current week’s drill is right there in the lower part of the video. What to do and how to do it is demonstrated right there.
One important point: eventually, in the sugar cane position, place your knee just above your elbow and your toe just above your wrist. Then try to float the rear straight leg while shifting your weight onto your shoulders.
That shift is the point.
No jumping. No cheating. PRESS. 😈💪
Good luck, RCF Family! 👊🔥

Class:25 Chapter: Strength/Flexiblity/Balance

We did a lot of drills to work on our Flexiblity and Strength in previous weeks. Today we are incorporating a little Tuck Handstand Balance into it to check out our progress.
With me, riding above in this video is my friend amazing @leonova_2016 with one of the works we did previously in our drills to further clear the concept we tried to convey to the Press Hand Stand students.
Many thanks to Lisa 💝🙏

In lower part of the video we have fellow hand stand RCF student @raiz_ali_yoga doing the same with his head tucked against the wall.
Yes, against the wall and NOT a RING! And so should you try! 🦾💪🏻
Push the floor at full strength to Isolate your shoulders, extend those completely .
You must expose your shoulders to the real challenge of holding/transferring your weight on to your shoulders. That's the key.

If you can't do the free Tuck Handstand right now, not to worry. Just keep Strengthening your shoulders for the challenge and it will come in coming days.
As a matter of fact all of RCF students have got more hamstring flexibility than Raiz. So technically speaking making your toes fly after stacking your hips over your wrists well should be relatively easy. If he can do this as most inflexible RCF Member why can't you 😅
And yes, go slow... don't be a machine...
It's not an aerobic exercise like a push up challenge 😅 to burn your calories. It's handstand balancing in which you go very slow to have a better understanding of your overall body posturing and ideal stacking. Remeber: Hips over your shoulders to feel your toes lighter. Once you acheive that it will be easy to unlock a Tuck Handstand, initially and move over to the next mountain.

Good Luck and Happy Sunday 💝

Class:24 Chapter:Flexibility/Strength

In the upper part of the video is SNAP TUCK we did last Sunday in our RCF Drill series of Press Handstand. For the details to that please check out Class:23 captions in our previous posts.

In the lower part is the current assignment for this week. We are in the process of shifting out weight on to our shoulders Without a Ring.
So needless to write here to keep your shoulders engaged all the time whether with wide legs forward fold toe stand or while raising alternating leg to your thighs.
Goddess Toe Pose we did previously was very much intended to supplement the work we are doing today.

Mission is to allign hips and shoulders correctly.

Many thanks to @cocofemalecat
for being part of this post 💝🙏
Good luck 👍

#RcfLolasana
#RaizCollageFamily

Here are some wall assisted drills to unlock Lolasana Hold. Very important drill to actually supplement to the RCF Press Handstand exercises we already are doing 👌

For real Shoulder strength and mobility 💪🏻

Do the drills or the hold as per your convenience. Even the drills along the wall has some beautiful triangles if you wanna catchup with.

Focus on keeping your knees to the chest, straight arms and most important protracted shoulders/scapula for the hold. Watch closely how to descend those tippy toes slowly in a well controlled manner along the wall. Feel maximum hold support coming from your shoulders. Show resilience while lowering.
Do the shoulder opening in the middle of the drill as well.

Good Luck 👊 👍

RCF CLASS:23
Chapter: Flexibility/Strength

#RcfSnapTuck
#RaizCollageFamily

All RCF drills are finely interconnected ones in a sequence supplementing each other to acheive a press handstand, eventually. Before the work today we did push up challenge last Sunday in our Class:22 and a hamstrings/toe/hip opener, day before yesterday RCF Toe Twist to reach for the session today we are doing. So I would recommend you to train last couple of sessions if you have not, before you attemp what we are about to train in this class.
Go check that out ! 💝

SNAP TUCK is what we’re training today! ⚡️after an amazing warm session with RCF Warrior, unstoppable @im_fallinglovewithyoga 🥰💪🏻 in the beginning part of this reel. Many thanks to her 💝🙏

For the ultimate snap tuck as last segment in this reel we start flat on the stomach, the mission is to drag and pull the body forward into a push-up position using those dorsal tippy toes… then comes the fun part — snap those hips up! 🍑💥
The ultimate goal is that quick, explosive hip snap you’ll see at the end of this reel. 👇🔥

The beauty of this drill is that there’s no handstand balance to blame and no upside-down position to hide behind. 😜 You’re working on the pull-in, shoulder push, weight shift and hip snap as one explosive movement. 💪

I’m doing all this fuss just to see something from the RCF Family that doesn’t involve a ring as a support! 🫤☹️😅😭

Is that really too much to ask? 😂

Come on, Family… let’s see those skills without the ring! 😈🔥

That quick transition is exactly the kind of strength and coordination that can feed into your handstand game — especially when you need to react quickly instead of having a full-blown negotiation with gravity. 😈
Get low. Drag it in. Push. Snap those hips! 🎯
No fancy setup.
Just power, speed, coordination… and hopefully no dramatic collapse. 😂🔥
