We brought the warmup, @batheaustin brought the rave 🔥

Sweaty Friends linked up with the ATX Running Rave as a community partner and it was HYPE.

Sweaty Friends led a high-energy warmup game before everyone hit Town Lake for a 2-mile run with @crizzly spinning live from a pedicab by @movemintbikecab and @jblaudio 🎶

There's nothing like sharing the experience of a rolling DJ, moving together, likeminded people looking for fitness and and wellness while meeting new people in Austin. Understanding that shared experiences are the glue that help build lasting friendships.

That's why we emphasize warm-up games and encourage people to mix it up and meet someone new. Through the power of play you can come alone and leave feeling like you've met your people. People who you can start meaningful friendships with.

And thanks to Corepower Yoga for that beautiful stretch to open things up.

Huge shoutout to @batheaustin and @notequilamileena for hosting and building something special — and to every partner who made it happen 🤝
