RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

Had an incredible race over the weekend which resulted in a 2nd place finish in Majors 24 hour of LeMans! As many people were aware, split 10 was the rain split, which is where we un(fortunately) found ourselves in - 20 hours of rain, non-stop.... At the end of it all, we walked away with a podium finish, a gold coin and awesome memories. I want to thank @axis.simsports for giving me the opportunity to be paired up with some of the best drivers out there. This was my first race with this group of guys and I cannot wait to run it back in the next one. I want to personally thank @crofty1994, @chrisjennings69, Kyle and Eduardo for keeping my spirits high and commend them all on an amazing drive, well done gentlemen! Here's to an awesome finish and awesome weekend!

This is one I’m really proud of, not just because of the visual transformation but because of the lifestyle change. ⁣
⁣
Matt came to me sick of the lifestyle he’d ended up in and wanting to make a lasting change. Being a busy dad he’d fallen into the same trap a lot of people do of skipping meals, and ordering takeaways most nights. Not only is this obviously very unhealthy, it’s bloody expensive too! ⁣
⁣
With our friends wedding in sight we used this as the initial time frame to work in. First we built a diet that worked for Mat and I gave him tips on how to prep his food for the week. Consistency is key, but so is convenience. People reach for the takeaway menu because they’re tired and don’t have anything quick handy. ⁣
⁣
In terms of exercise we started off with some cardio at home, and some small home workouts. It didn’t take long for Mat to start enjoying these and wanting to take it up a notch and he joined a gym. ⁣
⁣
We took a really good chunk of body fat off before the wedding so Mat looked sharp in his suit, he feels fitter and healthier and is finding general life easier to deal with. He’s also really enjoying the gym and now wants to see how strong he can get! ⁣
⁣
I’m so proud of Mat for achieving what he has, all while working a full time job, being a dad and having one on the way! Really looking forward to seeing these strength gains 💪🏽

Before I post any stage shots I need to dedicate my first post to those that have supported me. ⁣
⁣⁣
Firstly I’d like to thank my coaches lew and Kenny. Without these guys I may have never made it to the stage. I’ve known lew a few years now so he’s taken the lead role coaching me but both these guys are incredible. I can sniff out bullshit a mile off, and in the bodybuilding industry it stinks of it. However I knew from my first in person check-in these guys were the real deal. Proper hardcore fans of the sport, I hit a shot they liked and seeing their faces light up and the genuine excitement radiating from them showed me how passionate they are about what they do. Countless times they’ve gone over and above to help me, not only physically but mentally. Theyve gone from coaches to friends in my eyes and I am just as excited to see them both succeed as they were for me. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮.⁣⁣⁣

My family and friends have been incredible in their own way. Hearing them call my name for first place was incredible, but I think what tops that is walking through those doors back to see everyone and the emotion on their faces. They all know the shit I’ve been through on my journey, and they’ve all supported me no end and I will be forever in their debt. From putting up with my moods to making the effort to come and not only watch my show, but show a genuine interest in something I have been so pationate about for so long. I will never forget the love you have given me. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮.⁣⁣⁣

The lads I shared the stage with. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better set of gentlemen to step on stage with for the first time. As one of the others have already said, it barely felt like a competition, just men supporting each other. The epitome of immaculate vibes. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮.⁣⁣⁣

Everyone else that has shown me support on this journey no matter how big or small it hasn’t gone unnoticed. From the lads at work dealing with my misery, to the good luck and congratulation messages from people, some I haven’t spoken to in years it’s all been so crazy. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮.⁣
