BUILT FOR THE GATE.
TRAINED FOR THE WIN. 🔥

BMX - @crosbybacker putting in the work.

Speed isn’t just about what happens on the track. It’s built in the gym through explosive power, strength, rate of force development, and the ability to execute when it matters most.

Every rep has a purpose. Every session has a plan. Every detail matters.

We don’t just train athletes. We build performance.

The goal? Turn preparation into power and power into results. 💥

This is The Standard.

Not a suggestion. Not optional.

How we do things.

What we expect.
What we teach.
What we achieve.

Discipline.
Accountability.
Process over outcome.
Culture.
Mental toughness.
Continuous improvement.
Character.
Excellence in everything.

It’s not just a poster on our wall — it’s the non-negotiable foundation of everything we do.

We don’t just coach movement. We build standards that carry far beyond the gym.

No shortcuts.
No mediocrity.
No excuses.

Hold the standard. Raise the bar.

Coming home from Derby City with a concussion, a neck sprain, some serious road rash, a Cruiser win, a few class mains, and… still crummy gates. 🥴 Not gonna lie, the girl has mad track skill and speed. There’s not many that can come out in 8th and be in 3rd by the first turn, but y’all. The gates 😵‍💫

However, Derby City is still always one of our favorites. It’s one of the first races after summer where our entire team gets back together, and there’s always something special about that. This year was HOT. And honestly, it felt like we were all fighting just to find our way onto the podium and air for that matter.

But you know what we never struggled with?

Being a team.

The constant encouragement. The cheering. The uplifting. The love between these kids, parents, and everyone under our tent. When one person has a good race, we celebrate like it’s everyone’s win. When someone has a rough one, there’s always someone there to pick them back up. Plus, the team cookout is always fire 🔥 We have to have some of the best BBQ-ing dads out there.

That’s why we are forever thankful for this family in J&R why Derby City will always be one of our favorites.

Now… somebody please fix Boo’s gates. 😂

What a weekend…. Futures debut for both of us and let’s just say Crosby is the goat on big hill. And I got a win on Sunday for class🥹. Had a blast out there racing with the fellas and putting down smooth fast laps. Thanks to everyone that keeps me rolling 👊 @akerbrand @mccaruba @custombmxplates @twitchtubes_ #bike #reelsinstagram #viral #edit #explore
