Today we did Hero WOD Glen. 🇺🇸

Today wasn’t about my score. It was about pushing myself outside my comfort zone and remembering why we do these workouts.

And today was a first for me… 10 rope climbs! 💪 Something I wasn’t sure I could do, but I took them one at a time and got all 10. (Video is of the last one, my grip was fading I had just failed a rope climb, I was struggling)

Days like today remind me to be thankful for what my body is capable of and how far I’ve come.

Thank you to everyone who cheered me on, encouraged me to get back up there! I couldn’t have done it without you! 🤍

Some of my favorite things this morning 🤍 Garage door open ✅ Fresh thumb tape ✅ Heavy snatches 😏 and finished it all off with a run ✅ ( not my favorite but we are getting there) Happy 12 year Crossfit Anniversary to @crossfitallendale and to me! Here is to many more years of fitness!🤍

Constantly buried, high intensity, functional fitness. You can call it what you’d like, but it gets the job done. The question really is, how will you do this for the rest of your life?
