Hey @crossfitapex ! Come out on Saturday at 8AM to learn how to improve your snatch mobility!

We will review how to assess and improve shoulder, hip, and ankle mobility for a better snatch technique!

What better way to kick off celebrating 18 years of Apex than improving your mobility 😎

Sign up via the link in my bio, story, on signal, or on a flyer at the gym.

The One With the New Trio ☕️🛋️

Say hi to “Girls Gone WOD” from @crossfitapex in the Intermediate division:

@ange1_kr0mer
@all_is_0n247
Covington S.

Yes, the name’s a wink at that “wild” thing, but let's call this the PG-13 remix: less spring break, more spring collars. Umbrellas up, couch claimed, reps incoming on November 15th. 💥
