10yrs ago I found Crossfit ❤️💪🏻
The love for the sport has grown over the years - the friendships made feel - more often than not - more connected than with daily life people around 💪🏻❤️

Joining a competetion every now and then is cool! I still love to battle with my buddies and it and it keeps my northstar all the more clear : becoming a 100yrs old strong & healthy individual. So I will continue to keep pushing between the youngsters in the gym 💪🏻❤️

Thx for the awesome throwdown Crossfit Hofplein and thx for sharing the floor with me my awesome buddy Jenny 💪🏻❤️

“I was told surgery was almost certain.”

That’s where Roberta started. A torn ACL, and the message most people get: you’ll need an operation.

Two months later, she performed a Copenhagen plank. No surgery.

This is what evidence-based ACL rehab can look like. Not every ACL tear needs the knife the research supports a structured conservative pathway for a lot of people, and the outcomes can be excellent when the loading, progression, and confidence-building are done right.

But honestly, the line that stays with me isn’t about the plank. It’s this: “He guided me through one of the toughest periods of my life, both mentally and physically.”

Rehab isn’t just tissue. It’s trust, motivation, and showing up for someone on the hard days too.

So proud of you, Roberta. 💪

📍 ACL injury and not sure about your options? Send me a DM.

Nr 121 🌍 !

MASTERCLASS: HANDSTAND 🤸

The freestanding handstand looks like a pure strength move, but that’s rarely what’s holding people back. You can be strong and still fall every single time, because the real skill is alignment, balance, and control — knowing exactly where your body is when you can’t see it.

In this 2-hour masterclass, @bryanmanpt and @papakonstantinou_trainer will break down exactly what it takes to hold your first freestanding handstand or clean up the one you’re already chasing.

What you’ll learn:
✅ The alignment that turns a wall handstand into a freestanding one
✅ The balance and finger-pressure drills that actually transfer
✅ How to find your weak link (wrists? shoulders? kick-up? balance?) and train it
✅ Programming so you keep progressing after the class
