HYROX Karlsruhe – das hat Bock gemacht. 🔥

Mein drittes Race, Pauls erstes. Der Flow war da.
Die 5 Minuten Zeitstrafe leider auch. 😅

Damit wurde es am Ende leider 1:19:00. 🙈⏰

Also: Redo. Wir kommen wieder. ✌🏼

Last one of @alsace_throwdown ...

Workout 5 and the finish line for Breathless since the 80’s.

Not exactly our most successful weekend if you look at the leaderboard. But definitely a successful one in every other way.

Hard workouts, good people, old friends, new friends and a lot of CrossFit. That’s pretty much why we do this.

Thanks @kuete_kite for sharing the pain. 🤝

And a little sidenote: having CrossFit Games athlete @claudia_glk judging our last workout was pretty cool too.

Great weekend in Colmar. Next year again?!

CROSSFIT SCHMIDEN × PACE&PASTRY

Unser erstes CrossFit Event!

Workout 5 at Bohemian Throwdown. Most vibes.

Synchro BMU.
Handstand walks.
More BMU.
More handstand walks.

Not really our strongest setup.
But probably the one with the best mood on the floor.

Definitely one to remember.

Two teams race carrying a 12kg ball to the end and back, then repeat it one more time. First team to finish wins, losing team does 10 burpees.😛🤚🏾

✨Knowing how to lose means knowing how to win💪🏽

Workout 1 at Bohemian Throwdown 🏃🏻 🚲

1 km run together.
5 km BikeErg to share.
3 km run together.

Nice little reminder that competition weekends don’t always start with the fun stuff.

Teaming up with Elli under the CrossFit Schmiden flag made it a good one though.

Matching shirts. Same pain.
Very honest start into the weekend
