quick shoutout to this team right here for reppin the brand during their crossfit comp⚡️ heather started her message by saying she wished she had a better story to tell me because her team didn’t podium. dude, four people wore something i created to go compete together. that’s a pretty cool story to me. heather bought SDSC shirts for her team out of crossfit sunset park in brooklyn. they competed against 22 teams on long island, and apparently doing lunges with a 315lb worm gets interesting when your teammates range from 5’3 to 6’3 👀 i didn’t ask her to do this. she just wanted to make it happen. when you’re building something, you spend a lot of time wondering if what you’re doing means anything to anyone. then someone like heather sends you a message and you get to see what it means to her. i wish i could explain how much that helps me keep going. she told me, “sometimes we find inspiration in the people who find inspiration in us.” you did that for me, heather. thank you for believing in what i’m trying to build and for bringing your friends into it. it means a lot to have you guys in my corner. wish i could’ve been there cheering you on. proud to have been there on your shirts. thank you guys! 🤘🏽 ⚔️⚡️🖤⚔️
