STIMULUS ⚡️

This one is about repeatable intensity under fatigue.

Attack the first row hard, but don’t bury yourself. The snatches should be a weight you can move confidently while breathing heavy — quick singles or small touch-and-go sets.

Then get straight back on the rower and push the pace before finishing each set with 12 burpee box jump overs.

The goal is to keep your rounds consistent from Set 1 through Set 6. Don’t win the first two sets and survive the last four.

ROW. LIFT. REPEAT.
