As a chiropractor, this is one of the most common things I see in lifters: elbows dropping in the front rack 👀

When your lats and triceps are restricted, your body finds the range somewhere else. That usually means extra stress on your wrists, an over-arched low back, or a bar that rolls forward and dumps your clean.

Start by restoring the range:

1️⃣ Bench lat stretch: 60 sec hold
2️⃣ Banded lat distraction: 45 sec/side
3️⃣ Barbell triceps smash: 45 sec/side

Then own it. Mobility only counts if you can control it under load, so follow these with front rack holds or light front squats to train the new position.

If these don’t change your rack after a couple of weeks, something else may be limiting you, like your thoracic spine, shoulder rotation, or wrists. That’s what an assessment is for 👉🏼 link in bio!!

One year ago today, we opened our doors. 🎉

We're truly grateful for every customer who welcomed us into their home this year. Your trust means the world to us, and we never take it lightly. Thank you for the kind words, the reviews, and the referrals to friends and neighbors. Each opportunity has meant more to us than you know. We started this company to do honest work for people in our community and treat every home like our own. You've made that possible, and you've made year one better than we could have hoped. From all of us at Varsity Zone HVAC of Tampa, thank you. We're grateful to be your neighbors, and we're looking forward to many more years of keeping you comfortable.

Stay chill, Tampa ❄️

WHAT’S ALL THE HYPE ABOUT BATTLE CANCER?! 👀🔥

One day. Teams of 4. 90 minutes to push yourself physically, mentally and emotionally💪🏼⚡️

And YES, it’s for EVERYONE! Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or you’ve been training for years, you belong on that floor. 🙌🏼

With events happening across the GLOBE, there’s a chance for communities everywhere to come together, challenge themselves and make a difference! 🌍

BUT HERE’S WHAT MAKES BATTLE CANCER DIFFERENT… 👇🏼

Every pound, dollar, euro or dirham you raise adds one point to your team’s score! 🏆

Because every rep and every donation helps support people whose lives have been affected by cancer. 🎗️🧡

So get your team together, challenge yourselves, raise money and have an INCREDIBLE day doing it!

WHERE IN THE WORLD WILL YOU BATTLE?! 🌍👊🏼
