🔥 I DID IT. 🔥
Today I stepped on stage for my first Men’s Physique competition—something I honestly never thought I would do.
This past year tested me physically and mentally. There were hard days, sacrifices, doubts, and plenty of times when quitting would've been easier.
But I kept going. 💪
I couldn't have done it without my family standing behind me, cheering me on, and putting up with everything that came with chasing this goal. ❤️
A HUGE thank you to Ben Janike for getting me here with the workouts, nutrition, guidance, and push I needed. Without you, I don't know if I ever would've believed this was possible.
And to everyone who supported me, encouraged me, and prayed for me—THANK YOU. 🙏
I've come a long way, but this isn't the finish line.
We made it to the stage. Now we build something even better.
🙏 KEEP THE FAITH.
💪 KEEP PUSHING.
🔥 KEEP PROVING WHAT'S POSSIBLE.
NEXT SHOW… I'M COMING BACK BETTER.

Man.. never thought this day would actually come.

—————————
I just wanna start off and thank NRHEG and Waseca for these last 12 years of wrestling and making it the most memorable sport a guy can imagine. Also really wanna say a big thank you to my coach’s, friends, and family for always being there for me and supporting me along this journey, I couldn’t have done it without you guys. Just still can’t wrap it around my head that it’s actually all over. These last 12 years have taught me so much; how to over come obstacles, how to be mentally strong, and how to just put your head down and grind for something. It’s been a pleasure Wrestling gonna miss ya a lot!

Preworkout mixed. Creatine in the water. Camp time. 🔥
Truth is—I had zero motivation today. But that’s where discipline shows up. 💪
If you’re waiting to ‘feel like it,’ you’ll miss the wins. Show up anyway. You’ll thank yourself later.

Home buying and selling can be stressful, but you don't need to be an expert or have all the answers.
I love making this process as painless as possible for my clients. Step by step guidance and a fun experience...that's how I roll! 😄👊🏡
