Name: Abieyuwa Omorodion
Year: Senior
Major: Biology
Country: Nigeria 🇳🇬 (Edo tribe)
Position: Vice President
I chose to be apart of AHS because I’m proud to be African. Being apart of this E-board has given me the opportunity to teach & inspire my brothers & sisters from all around, who aren’t fully aware of the African culture.
Being apart of AHS gives you the chance to connect & learn more about the customs, traditions, and values of the continent of Africa.

My goal this year is for Everyone leave our events with a better understanding that Africa is NOT a country but a continent with numerous countries with various languages, laws, tribes & customs & to break stereotypes that the media/ the News has fed the rest of the world for many years. Last but not least, to have FUN and “Jaiye Jaiye” til the sun comes up!
