Will forever, remember this journey and process of making this beautiful play. Thank you to everyone involved, especially @joel.dejesus_ for writing an incredible script about love, culture, and the importance of preserving history. Thank you to the @fringearts for putting on this show. ❤️🇵🇷

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to present a piece I wrote about a year ago. This two-part play, with the first part being produced first, is so special to me.

I was so scared to put on a show like this on without the resources of a theater company. An ambitious project with many political themes that speak about the situation there right now. But I’m so proud of myself and everybody that was involved in helping me make this show happen.

I’m so grateful of having the support of @fringearts and @cannonballfest throughout this process. I’m so thankful for the cast and creative team that put all their hard work into this show. And I’m so happy for everybody that came to see our show and supported this process.

This play goes for all of us that have fought for a better future not only for our little Island of Puerto Rico, but the whole world. A reminder that anything is possible when we stand up for what’s right.

Gracias, gracias, gracias y los amo muchísimo❤️
