Finally had a chance to take in what was another banger of a 18+ hr shift for our June BAKAYARD session all in the glorious sunshine at @wallaseybeachcic

Absolutely great start to the gathering with selector @howlhotsauce aka Joe Florek dropping 3hrs of vinyl scorchers followed by another 3hr set from the local duo MedicineMen who played a phenomenal selection in fact my favourite to date.

Add to that the top door food from @eatupgud, our ever present vinyl sellers @rescuedrecords @onenathanunderagroove @grooveandgrindrecordfairs and crew made for a great afternoon chilling at the beach. And that was just the warmup.

Our second garden party of the year was held down by the mighty @nopopnostyle68 crew @kmarleydj @miked64 @crownandbrew who always bring the vibe fully 100% vinyl selections. You can catch them at the 1st Friday of the month @kazimiergarden_

Thank you to everyone that came throughout the day and supported. These events help us towards sustaining our CIC for the future which inform helps us grow.

Remember our next BakaYard session is on 18th July 2026 which is a little bit earlier in the month than normal with @rotationwirral warming up the afternoon session from 12pm till 6pm with our vinyl fair & food from @saffasoul and then @decks.inthecity bringing there energy to the garden from 6pm till Late.

Shout out to our extra special feeders @saffasoul @scottaboccapizza @eatupgud @shoreslice @sogreekfull @pizzeriamiki for keeping the people well fed.

Amazing massive shout out to all my vinyl stall vendors @onenathanunderagroove @rescuedrecords @grooveandgrindrecordfairs for bringing the best selections of wax to sell every time.

Remember our home @wallaseybeachcic is a fully functional CIC which relies on donations and funds to keep it going so it can provide a great base for everything water-sports and well being. It’s run mostly by volunteers who give their time so every penny spent over the bar goes straight back into the project.

Stay tuned to what we have planned in 2026 as we take BAKAYARD onto the next level.

Cheers D
