I’m still learning and still growing from my time on the Mrs. America stage. ✨

Some of the lessons that have stayed with me:

Protecting your peace may mean that some people don’t understand you—and that’s okay.

Each stage of life can bring a different definition of success.

Your circumstances may shape your journey, but they do NOT define your ending.

I’m so proud of how I represented Arizona on the national stage, and I’m continuing to reflect on what God meant for me to take away from this experience.

I’m eternally grateful to everyone who showed up, supported me, cheered me on, and believed in me along the way. Thank you. 🤍

Shopping day at @shimmerboutique was a once in a lifetime experience and I had two fairy godmothers guiding me the entire way. Thank you Larissa and Tracy for your time, honesty, guidance, and love! I have never felt more confident and I have you both to thank for that. Larissa, this was all possible because of your generous sponsorship, thank you for loving on us Crist Girls, listening and keeping us on track. You kept me in my budget, until I insisted on that one last gown I couldn’t stop thinking about. 😅 you are such a big part of our pageant and I dreamed of getting to be styled by you and Tracy for years after watching the titleholders before me. You’re one of a kind and the most beautiful work of art on the inside and out. 🤍

The crown was a temporary goal but getting fit for life is a long-term goal!

I’m incredibly proud of myself for showing up to Mrs. America, giving it everything I had, and walking away as a Top 15 finalist. There were so many moments throughout that journey where I had to dig deep, stay disciplined, and keep showing up even when it wasn’t easy.

But when I got home and the competition was over, I had a little bit of a… now what? moment.

And the thing that kept coming back to me was this: I don’t have to stop training. I just get to train for something different now… for real life.

For strength. For energy. For confidence. For being able to keep up with my son, feel strong in my body, and continue becoming the woman I want to be in the last year of my 30’s.

And I’m still learning. Still growing. Still listening to my body and figuring out what it needs at every stage. That’s one of the things I love about my time at @mountainsidefit — I’m continuing to learn how to train smarter, get stronger, and make fitness something I can carry with me for life.

The crown may have been the goal for a season, but this? This is the long game. ❤️

And the year isn’t even over yet!

When I started 2026 I told everyone this was my year of YES. And boy, did God take that literally, lol. A lot can happen in a year, especially when you choose to say yes to things you ordinarily might have passed on. In fact, saying yes this year has changed my whole life.

I’m thankful for the opportunity to say YES to things and for the incredible experiences it has brought into my life. Let’s see what else I can say yes to the rest of this year!

Regular mom life versus Mrs America week life! 👑

One day you are in gorgeous gowns getting your makeup done and the next you are making someone else’s breakfast and wiping noses. Thats the life of a Mom and “Mrs.” titleholder.

Is it always glamorous? No— but I love that as women we get to do both. Mrs. America week almost feels like a dream, but what I am left with are the memories, the friendships and the laughs. Plus I have 50 gorgeous amazing new women in my life to lift me up!

Thank you to each and every woman who went through this experience together. What a ride! And now… back to dirty diapers and emails!

My time at Mrs. America may be over, but my time as your Mrs. Arizona is just beginning!

I am beyond grateful for the incredible experience of competing on that historic stage alongside so many remarkable women. But now, I’m back in the desert—and I’m ready to serve Arizona! 🌵
