Hey y’all! Happy #geekteefriday How we all doing? Apart from so annoying sinus crap I’m doing well, recovering from Flux which was great! Isn’t this weather amazing? Makes me happy! So thought this shirt would be appropriate! So nice to meet so many new faces, all the cast were lovely, always a pleasure seeing Sophie. The Doctors were lovely as well just a great bunch of people! So much love in them for each other and for their fans. Was lovely seeing some familiar faces as well. Had three Masonic meetings this week 2 in 2 days so a lot of suit time! This weekend I’m up with Casey and Milo, finally finished Dexter original sin and now onto Resurrection! Trying a new pizza as well! Hot honey just seems to keep popping up! The new trailer for spider man is out and it’s great being able to see some scenes from our prison! I’m sure a lot of cosplayers that come here can recognise it. Next week is the 5 year anniversary of Megacon Live so that will be good! Look forward to seeing a bunch of you there! Have a great weekend and be safe! Sweet dreams Love to you all! Flux... starfury con for Doctor Who and Torchwood, apart of the bumpy start it was great con and I honestly think two doctors were more than enough 🤣 Starfury is my go to company for cons, the team is warm and kind and stewards are doing their best. 10/10 will come back. Already bought gold for Flux2 can't wait 😁 #starfuryevents #starfuryflux #ncutigatwa #jodiewhittaker #christophereccleston

Hey y’all! Happy #geekteefriday How we all doing? Well this week has been crap for me! Mainly cause I really am struggling getting to sleep! Still being awake at 5am every day bar one since Monday really hasn’t been fun! Since it was world book day yesterday I thought this was appropriate as well as the cat pictures attached! Last weekend was a blast but it always is with this bunch! Such a lovey cast and as much as I would have happily worked with any of them I was very happy to work with my guest she is just lovely! We started a new D&D campaign this week so that’s fun! Character image is attached might make some modifications but will have to get him modelled and printed! Weather has actually been nice apart from today where it just went bitter and I like the cold! So chilled out in town with a hot chocolate and people watched! Sadly rarely get picture with people but got a couple! However one of them features too regularly in my pics this month! Got another con on this weekend down the road so that will be nice to see some people we shall see who we shall see! Have a great weekend and be safe! Sweet dreams Love to you all! 2025 was my year of catching up: After missing out on so many moments, people, and experiences, I chose to make this year mine - to say yes to the things I’d long wanted, and to share them with some of the most wonderful people I know. It was a year of theatre. A year of seeing favourite musicians live, of hearing the music of the video games that shaped me, performed with the kind of reverence that reminds you why art will always matter. It was a year of travel - Dubstiny 2024 setting the tone for what followed. Jaunts around one of my new favourite corners of the Highlands with Maverick @dark_coastal_tales Coffee, biscuits, and gravy in Ohio with @lspring18 rocking chairs and all. The pure chaos of running into @emilyahewitt while crossing a field to pitch a tent at Fantasy Forest. Not to mention a slightly unhinged 48-hour stopover to see @millthyme14 and Chappell Roan, because sometimes the bit is committing fully. One of the biggest highlights, though, was finally visiting the city that never sleeps to attend the wedding of Jester Lavorre and Fjord Stone. A sentence that still doesn’t quite feel real. I met my favourite group of nerdy ass voice actors. They say never meet your heroes, but in this case, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Then came MCU - a reunion and an escape to a Scottish manor to make a little magic with a group of deeply inspiring, kind, and gracious women. I gained new skills I’ll carry into 2026 and beyond, and formed connections that, in a surprisingly short time, have settled into a permanent corner of my heart. 2026 began with laughter, good? (questionable 😜) company, con dances, and the kind of high that feels like rolling initiative with advantage. I couldn’t ask for a better foundation for a new year and there are already so many new adventures on the horizon. So here’s to saying yes. Here’s to chosen family. And here’s to whatever the next chapter brings.

It’s the 2 year anniversary of Shadow and Bone getting cancelled. I remember where I was when I found out. I remember the dread I felt in the days and weeks leading up to the announcement, worried that something like this would happen. I remember a couple days before we found out, I found a last minute front row ticket to see @paddygibson in Clyde’s a second time and thought “if the show is getting canceled, I need to take every single opportunity I can to see the cast and support them in their other projects” and so started what has been a crazy 2 years of adventures. To say that the Grishaverse means the world to me wouldn’t even be enough. To say it’s changed my life is an understatement. Because of this show & the books …these characters & the incredible group of actors who played them, my entire being has changed and grown. I’ve healed in ways I never expected. Genya and Zoya are once in a lifetime characters for me. The memories I’ve made traveling to meet the cast at cons, at plays, at book signings… the friends I’ve made. It’s been the most life changing and incredible couple of years. As we think about the devastation of the show getting cancelled, my heart breaks everytime I think about it. And I’ll never accept it. Never get over it. We had the perfect cast. People who cared deeply about their characters. Who did the work to read all the books and understand. Who protected these characters in a way I’ll never be able to thank enough. The crows deserved their spin-off. We deserved a season 3 of shadow and bone, to see ZOYALAI play out. 🥺 but despite its cancellation, the memories I’ve been able to make with the cast and this fandom the last 2 years have been unforgettable. But I am forever grateful to this cast and the fandom. To the friendships I now have because I chose to go to Into The Fold alone the first time. It’s bittersweet to think about this anniversary, to say the least 🥺 Long live Shadow and Bone 🖤 @lbardugo @savethegrishaverse #saveshadowandbone #shadowandboneseason3 #sixofcrowsspinoff #sixofcrows #leighbardugo #shadowandbone
