2024: The Year That Could’ve Broken Us✨

A year ago, if you had asked me where I thought we’d be after the heartbreaking loss of our CEO, mentor, and dear friend, Sarah Rocco… my answer wouldn’t have been where we are today. Quite frankly, I’m not sure I could have imagined the journey this year would take us on.

Sarah left behind a legacy of strength, resilience, and passion—a belief that failure is never an option. Holding onto that belief, with an incredible support system and an amazing team of like-minded, determined individuals… we’ve not only weathered the storm but come out stronger, closer, and more determined than ever to continue that legacy and exceed expectations.

This year wasn’t easy. It was filled with many challenges, moments of uncertainty, lots of self doubt, tears and growing pains that tested us all. But alongside those trials came tremendous victories and milestones that reminded us why we do what we do.

Not only did we have the opportunity to help 126 families, but we were also honored to be recognized by our community for Bold City Best 2024!

Personally, I had my record year in real estate and had the honor to be featured in Real Producers magazine. I was also invited to join Keller Williams’ Top 💯 Teams Mastermind with Gary Keller himself - a true eye opening experience and reminder of the impact that we can have when we remain steadfast in our purpose and vision. Which, of course, would not have been possible without this Rocc-Star team! 🌟

To my team: There are no words that can fully capture the gratitude and pride I feel for each of you. Your dedication, growth, and heart inspire me every single day. We didn’t just survive this year—we thrived, together. And I know Sarah would be so proud of what we’ve accomplished. 🤍🕊️

Here’s to 2025, a year to continue building, growing, and honoring the legacy that brought us all together. I can’t wait to watch each of you surpass your goals, not only professionally, but personally. And thank you for trusting me on this journey. We made it—stronger than ever. WORLD RUN DAY (a lil late🤣)
Neptune Run Crew has been such a big part of this past year for me. Weekly runs, long runs, training for a half marathon etc. It was so fun that this month’s happy hour run with NRC was sponsored by my brokerage, Fluid Realty! My two worlds of running and real estate colliding 👟🏠

if you haven’t been to Neptune Run Crew, we run from Lemon Bar every Friday morning at 6:45am, long runs on many Saturdays, and usually once a month happy hour runs in the evening!
