It’s pretty fun when college girls come up to me and say, “Oh my God, you’re in amazing shape!” 😄

I always chuckle a little inside because my daughter is exactly their age and I am in my late 40’s.

But it also makes me happy—because it’s proof that being in your late 40s doesn’t mean your best years are behind you. You can be strong, fit, healthy, and in the best shape of your life… enough that even the 20-year-olds notice. 💪

And no, it doesn’t require being “perfect.”

I literally had a burger before my workout today. 🍔😂

It’s not about one meal. It’s about what you do consistently over time.

If you’re young, start taking care of your body now. You’ll thank yourself later.

And if you’re in your 30s, 40s, 50s, or even your 60s? Start now.

Your body is dynamic. It adapts. It shifts. It changes.

You don’t need to rewind the clock. Take care of the body you have today, and it may surprise you what it can become.

The better you take care of it, the better it will take care of you.

Strong has no age limit. ❤️ PS. It was my first free meal in weeks- my nutrition is usually chicken and fish and veggies w/rice so don’t think the burger is a daily thing.
