Meet Walter, Personal Trainer at Crunch Hoboken. 👏🏽👏🏾👏🏿

Walter’s fitness journey started on the soccer field, where he built a strong athletic foundation and a lifelong appreciation for movement. In college, he discovered strength training and quickly developed a passion for Olympic weightlifting.

Today, Walter specializes in teaching the technical skills behind the clean, jerk, and snatch, helping clients build confidence with the barbell while improving power, coordination, and overall athletic performance.
