hosting this event was a dream 🥹

not just because it was absolutely EPIC💅🏼

but because it was the full-circle moment I didn’t know I needed.

somewhere along my 2 years of travelling different countries all around the world, I found myself feeling deeply alone…

but it was events like this that finally connected me with my people. AND helped me appreciate the joy and value community brings to my life❤️‍🔥

wellness events, workout classes, and run clubs are how I learned to made any city in the world feel like my home.

and now getting to HOST an event of my own and (hopefully) give others that same experience… it’s a dream come true.

next up: wellness events world tour ?! 👀

Don’t often feel this proud of myself, but this is one of those moments. 100 workouts in four months. A magical place where I feel happy and genuinely enjoy myself, even at 6 a.m.

Calgary, it was a blast🍒💅🏼✨

2 weeks and a total of:

☑️ two crash outs
☑️ one epic wellness event hosted

and the best part was catching up with all my people + places I love (or rather, picking up right where we left off!)❤️‍🔥

how lucky am I to have multiple places around the world I can call “home”?!
